Shipping

Ordering from Alcanluxury is quick, easy, free, and secure. Orders placed on weekdays before 4:00 PM are shipped immediately, so you'll receive your order the next day. Besides super-fast delivery, SanaSlank.nl offers free shipping on orders over €50 (for orders under €50, we charge a €4.95 shipping fee).

Your order will be shipped with PostNL or DHL. If you order before 4:00 PM (Monday to Friday), your package will be delivered the next day. Please note: if you pay in advance by bank transfer, your order will only be shipped once we have received your payment.

If you're not home at the time of delivery, your package will be delivered to a post office near you. You'll receive a digital notification indicating which post office you can pick up your package from. You can also see the location on your Track & Trace page. Please bring your ID or passport to prove your identity when you collect your package.
