Returns

Have you ordered and received our products, but are you not completely satisfied? We're very sorry to hear that. Therefore, you can return undamaged and unopened products to us. We only accept products that are undamaged, unopened, and unused.

You have 14 days after receiving the products to return them. After that, the option to receive a refund expires. After receiving the products, we will refund the purchase price of the accepted products to the account you used to make the payment within 14 days.

1. If you return the entire order and paid shipping costs when placing the order, you will be refunded the purchase price of the products we accept, plus the shipping costs.

2. Are you returning part of your order? You will be refunded the purchase price of the products we accept.

3. The shipping costs you incur to return the products will not be reimbursed by us.
